This 5-day course provides an overview of project management concepts and principles using lectures, hands on exercises, exams and discussions. The course is designed for students preparing to sit for the PMP® certification exam. Project Management Fundamentals
The Project Management Fundamentals is the first in the series of cutting edge training programs offered by the Corporate Project Management Suite. This 2-day hands-on program is designed to equip students with the fundamentals in project management, based on the Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®), 4rd Edition.
